We ask all new and returning CSA members to read the following terms carefully before signing up for the 2012 season. Be especially sure you understand our policies on refunds and missed shares. We know it sounds very formal, but the policies reflected here are what keep our CSA running smoothly. All CSA members are responsible for understanding these terms completely.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
FROG BOTTOM FARM
2012 CSA PROGRAM
I understand that by clicking the link below and completing the online signup process that follows, I am registering for the Frog Bottom Farm 2012 CSA program. I understand that Community Supported Agriculture is a commitment between the farmers and the members and that farmers and members share the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that if I am signing up for a vegetable share or an egg share, I will receive those items every week from the first week in June through Thanksgiving week. I agree to pick up or arrange for pickup of my share every week and understand that if I do not pick up my share it will be donated or composted. I understand that farming is seasonal and that the contents and quantities of my share will change throughout the season. I also understand that farming is inherently unpredictable, and that while the farmers will act in good faith to provide me with the freshest, highest quality vegetables possible, they cannot guarantee quantities or contents of shares. I understand that if I am signing up for a prepaid share, I may use my credit toward any Frog Bottom Farm items at any farmers market June 2-October 27 ($40 spending limit on produce per day; no limit on eggs or pork) but that credits remaining at the end of the season are not refundable and do not carry over to the 2013 CSA season. I understand that I can transfer ownership of my share at any point during the season but that there are no refunds.
