TERMS OF AGREEMENT: I understand that by initialing below I am registering for the Frog Bottom Farm 2009 CSA program. I understand that Community Supported Agriculture is a commitment between the farmers and the members and that farmers and members share the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that I will receive a share of fresh vegetables every week for 22 weeks, beginning the first week in June and ending the last week in October. I agree to pick up my share every week and understand that if I do not pick up my share it will be donated or composted. I understand that farming is seasonal and that the contents and quantities of my share will change throughout the season. I also understand that farming is inherently unpredictable, and that while the farmers will act in good faith to provide me with the freshest, highest quality vegetables possible, they cannot guarantee quantities or contents of shares. I understand that I can transfer ownership of my share at any point during the season but that there are no refunds.
