A warm hello on this chilly fall evening, y’all!  We’re so excited to finally be in your neck of the woods.

By way of introduction: We’re Lisa and Ali Moussalli, owners of Frog Bottom Farm, a 25-acre community supported vegetable farm in Appomattox County, Virginia.  We’ve been farming in northern Virginia for several years and are permanently relocating to this beautiful part of the state.  We believe in being as gentle as possible to the land, to ourselves as farmers, and to you as eaters.  To that end, we farm using only low impact, sustainable methods.  We’ll have lots more details about that posted here on the site very soon!

In the meantime, we are accepting applications for the Frog Bottom Farm 2009 CSA.  We’ll be doing drop-offs in Charlottesville, Richmond and Roanoke, and other places too, depending on interest.  You’re also very welcome to pick up your weekly share of vegetables at the farm!  Please be in touch for more information or to sign up.
