Frog Bottom Farm is a small community supported vegetable farm located in Appomattox County, Virginia.  We grow food for folks in the Richmond, Farmville and Lynchburg areas. We believe in being as gentle as possible to the land, to ourselves as farmers, and to you as eaters. To that end, we farm using only low impact, sustainable methods: no pesticides and no harmful fertilizers. You can learn more about our growing methods here. You can get our food by joining our CSA or coming to see us at market.

We also believe that good food, carefully grown and creatively shared, is a powerful tool for cultivating strong family and community connections. Everyone is welcome here. We hope you’ll want to be a part of things as we develop our family, education and outreach programs.
